New amp or keep

I have a powerbass 900 xd, 300 watts @4 ohms, 600 watts @2 ohms, and 900 @1 ohm.. Recently installed new pioneer headunit.. Would like to go for 1 single 10" under my seat.. 2006 Honda ridgeline.. Should I look for new amp @ 2ohm stable, or am I fine if I purchase a single 10" around 500-600 watts RMS at 2ohms?? Will the amp be strong enough? I have no problems with amp.. Peaks out at 1800 watts..

If you are installing a shallow mount sub under the seat, that amp should be just fine for your needs. Not sure if it actually does rated, but even at 50% of what it claims, it should still be enough.
