bassbaker15 Posted April 19, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 19, 2008 ya well see there is one bad thing about this, im 17 and trying to fix two dif cars at the same time lol so i can only do so much at a time on both of them. right now im trying to get that neon painted, and a badass sysetm in my truck. after that i will look into buying some wheels. problem with that is there isnt many that look good on my truck, acualy its hard to even find any that fit it at all.. the stupid 5x5 chevy bolt pattern sucks. but im liking the boss 307 and 308s i might look into those, 800 bucks for a set but itd be money worth spending, tires will be like 600 bucks tho.. so thats gonna have to be close to the end of the summer lol Quote Team Deadly Hertz 1997 GMC 1500 Update.... bassbaker15 Posted April 20, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 20, 2008 i pretty much am, all im spending on that car is about 200 bucks on paint so it looks decent, but im selling the 15s 100 bucks and amp thats in it for 75, and my jl 10w3s for 100 and the truck box i have for my truck for maybe 75, and a few other things, like a jensen H/U its the 9411 or somthing...7in flip up moniter 150 bucks...and i have two identical dual 15 boxes to sell...trying to get 40 bucks ea without shipping..so all in all if i sell it all, itll pay for al my mods Quote Team Deadly Hertz 1997 GMC 1500 Update.... bassbaker15 Posted May 10, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 i never really was ether, but i drive this car to save on gas, rather than driving my truck 30 miles to school everday. and this kit and headlights were 200 bucks for all of it. so bought it. they are like 10o bucks for the lights and 600 for the kit off ebay, and even more off other dealer sites. after doing all these upgrades to this car, i should be able to sell it to someone becuz it looks good lol.
