4th order enclosure design help

Hey so i'm trying to put a 4th order in my lexus es330 for my Fi Q 12 and i want to do a blow through with an aero port up into the rear deck where the stock 8'' sub was. Need some input if anyone's got experience doing this kind of thing.

I've been trying to come up with a design in bass box pro but i'm new to this program so i'm kind of confused

This is what I got so far a very rough design, basically i'm working with about 40'' width in the trunk and about 15'' height and i'd like to keep the depth to a minimum to preserve some trunk space. Where i'm confused is how to tune each part within the program and why the program won't give me a parts list when i click it theres just a blank page.

Fi Q 12 with Ct Sounds 1400.1 and big 3 done.
