Ohm law, U=I×R. If you draw 10 amps on 4 ohm you would get 40 V. If you draw 10 amps on 2 ohm you get only 20 v. So the 4 ohm sub gets 400 watt and the 2 ohm only 200. This is just to understand how it works in series.
