Need help with box design for 2 HDC3 12's Joe X

Joe X, I need a little help, this will be my first system in over 20 years that I have installed, as I am getting a little back into car audio.  I have been playing with Torres, but would like to have your advice and a 3D image with a cut sheet list if possible.  You posted a nice design for SNYPER recently, and I had planned on something similar, except I would like the speakers and port to face up.

 

I have 2 new Soundqubed HDC3 D1 12's that I am building a box for my Ford Ranger. I have a new Soundqubed 7k to power them.    I realize that after impedance rise and voltage drop, probably more like 2k watts per sub at the most.  I have read that between net 2.25 and 2.5 cubes is optimal.  I think I would like it tuned between 32-35hz or whatever is best.  Again, I would like the subs and port facing up, and I think having the slot port in the middle would be best and also help with the bracing, but am open to having it at either the drivers or passengers side if it is louder. The amp will be mounted on the box as I have no other place to mount it, so bracing is important.  Also what would be a good frequency to set the subsonic filter?  This is just a daily driver.

 These are the dimensions I have to work with and are probably very close to what is ideal, the Width and Depth are fixed and need to stay with the measurement listed.

Height = 20" -  soft maximum to keep under rear glass window line, lower the better.
