4 15" FI BLv3 build

Subs: (4) Fi BLv3 15” DVC 2 ohm.

Want:Fairly priced Daily driver SPL system. I am sticking with these subs as I have chosen them out of DC level 4 and ssa Icon(other mid 300$ priced subs) I already have 6 w3v3 12” in a fourth order in a Lincoln for my SQ build.

Vehicle: SUV

Enclosure: 12-16 ft3 ported(still measuring and designing with winISD)

Enclosure port tune: 32-35(still figuring it out) Suggestions? Listen to all 90s early 2000 west coast and dirty south music. UGK, slim thug, ice cube, e40, spice one, tupac, pastor troy, tech 9ne, krizz kaliko, twista etc.

Amps-Need help
I would like to run one mono-block per 2 subs. They are the standard BL15v3(not loaded). With two 2 0hm DVC running to one amp, I can wire it to 2-0hm or 1-ohm according to crutchfield wiring diagrams. Are on one big Taramp. Also looking at 2 Rockford t4000.1bd or a DC audio 9k.  I will probably buy and tune with the SMD dd-1 and CC-1

My main questions are:
1. Should I run it at 3 or 4 ft3 per sub. So 12 or 16ft3 total. Also, box setup: subs on top, port in front or back. Or subs front, port front(like a wall, but still a ported box enclosure?
2. What would be the best tune for my listening style to get some good deep yet clean bass.
3. Would it be better to wire 2-2ohm DVC subs to 2ohm at the mono-block amp(x2 bc I have 4 subs) or to 1 ohm at the amp. 
4. How much can the standard 15” BL take and what amps would you recommend for it?
