SMD DD-1 used with two sub amps.

Recommended Posts

I have four 12 inch Ascendant Audio Mayhems in a 4th order in my 2004 Ford Ranger (dual 1 ohm vc) wired at one ohm. (One amp per pair of subs) 2 Crescendo Audio BC5500D. I have three 6.5 Crescendo PWX mid's and one FT-1 Super tweeter per door. 2 Rockford Fosgate 600.4D for the doors, one 600.4D per door and a 3sixty.3 processor. I have three XSPOWER D7500's for the two BC5500D's and one D3400 under the hood along with a 270 amp Mechman alt. A local shop installed and did the settings on the amps. I have a SMD DD-1, SMD CC-1 and an AMM-1. The 3sixty.3 has something similar to the DD-1 as far as distortion goes. Before i upgraded to my second amp and the 3sixty.3, i had no problems using these products. Now with the 3sixty.3 i am confused on how to set my gains. HELP please
