Audiocontrol LC7i or JBL MS-8?

Ok, so I just purchased a used 2013 Ford Flex with the (non) Sony audio..(no sub). I want to put a 4ch and a mono amp in it and keep my factoy head unit with GPS and all that.

What is the difference between the Audiocntrol and the MS-8? I'm not a big SQ nut but want something better than stock for the front stage since Ill be putting in something substantial for my sub stage.
