FishingJaxDK Posted August 18, 2018 Report Posted August 18, 2018 Hey guys, I'm a Newbie in terms of building an enclosure, bought pre-fab since I was a teenager. I want to build a ported enclosure to fit in my Nissan Frontier Crew Cab that stands vertical. I've removed the driver side rear passenger seat, and built a shelf that is bolted to the floor where the seat previously was located, and I wanted to put an enclosure on that shelf and screw it down to secure it. I have dimension of the area that i have to work with, but I don't know where to start for planning the air space required for the subs. I have an area of 34" H x 16" W x 22" D to work with, but I do not know if that will work with my subs and the airspace requirement they have with a ported enclosure. I took better quality screenshots of the sub specs. See below. Can anyone provide me any guidance? I'm willing to venmo some cash for detailed cut sheets and dimensions.
