Finally Got On The Launch Monitor Today...golf

Stats i averaged @ (driver)

Club head speed 113mph

Ball Speed 165-67mph

Launch angle 15*

back spin 2500rmp

Push of about 6 (but i draw the ball so it always comes back to target)

longest drive on the monitor was 308yards

Greg the guy that let me get on the launch monitor said that i had better stats clubhead speed ball speed spin launch angle better than all the BSU golfers

tried a coupel different Callaway FT-i's with different shafts and lofts

im fine with my driver 9.5 draw faced fuji speeder 686 s flex

but if anything happens to my driver that i should get a 8.5* neutral face speeder 686 X flex

i did swing all out on one and swing speed was 119mph

that is all thought i was pretty interesting finding out all that info

nice, i'm a golfer too. my bro has the callaway FT-i with the 10.5 loft neutral and that same shaft, heloves it. i have the 07 Nike SQ Sumo squared. i love it. my farthest drive with it is pry in the 330's with a wind behind me. no wind i average a good 280. i play for my highschool team. lest say i was playing better lastyear as a sophmore then thisyear as a jr. i can't get my agressiveness i had lastyear. it will come. but i wanna do what u did sometime, that all done on a simulater?

werd it was just a launch monitor..its not a simulator like with the fake projector screen and all that jazz.

it was pretty cool though i though...distance def. doesnt reflect how i hit it on the course but oh well, it was cool anyways

Those are some really good stats, man. the low back spin, and high ball speed compared to clubhead speed shows you are hitting that shit pretty much square in the middle of the club head. definately better than I. I have you on club head speed (118 on average), but you kill me on back spin. I am usually right around 3200-3300. Our launch angles and ball speeds are about the same, and I am gonna say you are hitting the dead center of the face alot more than I am...thus you are better than man. lol.

greg says a lot of guys just come in and swing the club as hard as they can and have absolutely no control lol

i would deff suggest toning down your swing speed and that should tone down your RMP and should help in controling the ball

ok, so this has nothing to do with what u did to find all that out, but funny story with golf. i had a highschool meet, my last one before districts and state. and well, i got Bass I Love You stuck in my head and i started playing really good. mostly off the tee but i startd putting great too. just saying. lol
