This would get you to the minimum specs assuming you can get away with the extra 6" of depth.  Otherwise, as others have said, a single ported would have to be the way to go.

 

38w, 17h, 24.5d, 15.5x5 for the port, 21.5" length, 77.5sqin port area, 6.15 net @33hz
