I recently designed a new box for my SA12, it comes out to be 2.3cft total and tuned to 35hz, according to the sub box pro that I had used. I had a decent but small pre fab before, so I decided to use a spare sheet of Birch that i had setting in my shop. I have read the stickies about ports but I am still left a little confused. I will attach some pictures to reference my questions from. I planned on using an aero port, my question is what diameter and length do I need to use, and also which location to mount it? I plan on the sub facing up just as the box is setting. If i mount it in position "A" I will have limited length to put there. About 13.25". If I mount it in position "B" I can go about 17" long before it runs into the magnet. Again I'm sure this is a newbie question, but I've came to a stand still until I can figure this out.
