Tuning Problem

well i build a box for 2 10"s that 30w x 12h x 15d that makes it 2.5 cube.and i tuned it at 32hertz.well after i was done i played trap house and it doesnt hit the lows that hard.i had same 10"s on a 4cube box tune at 32hertz and it was really loud on the lows.could it be that the port is too big.its 4w x 10 1/2 h
