Too much port area for 12" nsv4?

So I have a single 12" sundown nsv4 on a sundown sfb-5000 amp. I want to build a new enclosure with an 8" round port as the 6" port doesn't seem to have enough port area.  The enclosure will be 32W x 13H x 23D with an 8"(7.912) port that'll stick out a little. It''ll be around 3.30 cu ft net and tuned to around 33hz. I had to go bigger on the enclosure because of the length of the port. Now as for the port area, its gonna be 49.17 in2 and 14.87 per foot.

Now is this a good idea or is it just too much port area?
