With the space I have, I have to fire subs up.  For the port, which direction do you think would be best.  I had originally thought I can do an external port through the ski-pass, and even completely seal off the trunk so the port would be sealed off from trunk.  Similar to what they do for 4th order band passes ports.  The Jl audio rep said not to port through the skipass, but to have subs and port face up.  Any other suggestions on what would be good for this enclosure and subs?  Rear seats do not fold down, but I would be willing to fabricate a ski-hole if necessary.

The other possibility I was thinking was to have a trunk wall, but I cannot fit 4 12s and port forward, So what if I did 2 subs and port forward, and 2 subs up.  The box would then be sealed into cabin.  Would the subs cause any kind of cancellation?
