Fi 12" NEO 3.7 BTL Enclosure

Hi, I am looking for some input and opinions on this enclosure build. The enclosure is a rough sketch, fit for a 2011 double cab tundra. Its going to sit center on the back seat and face up and above the front center console. I left the side off the box to show the internal port design. I used WINISD for tuning. I plan on running a 12 NEO BTL at RMS power.

 

The box is tuned right around 2.5ft3 (after port, sub, and bracing) to 32Hz. The port is 15"x2.76" (41.4in2) and 38.12" long. 

 

Any opinions whether it would work or not would be appreciated. Would like to get some advice before going ahead with the build. I haven't had much experience building or tuning enclosures.
