Ported box for 2 - 12w6v3

Hey all, throwing a pair of these in my Excursion. Box needs to be able to be removed for when I need the cargo space.. have a few questions.

1 - How much bigger can/should I go over JL's specs? they say 1.3 c.f. each. Can I go with 2.0?

2 - How low can/should I tune these? JL says 33hz. I listen to gangster rap, rock, punk, and white boy socal reggae lol. Like sublime, dirty heads, etc. I've seen some say tune low (25-28hz) for a nice flat response. My current amp's infrasonic is 30hz, not adjustable.

3 - Since it needs to be removeable, what types of studs/bolts nuts can I use? Stainless? Haven't had luck finding copper.

I will leave the box volume to guys who have owned the JL's. On the studs aluminum is the next best conductor after copper, then brass. Either of those will transmit plenty of power in a 5/16 or 3/8 stud.
