no response from info@damore email, cant find phone number, AD1 in for repair

hello, i have a AD1 in for repair, last email from them was on 12/19 saying it was being worked on. i havent heard anything back and have sent in mutiple emails with no response. cant seem to locate a phone number. can someone help with some other info to reach out to them for a status update?
