subwoofer box enclosure concerns and questions

i’m ordering this 15 inch subwoofer and the recommended box specs for it is 3.75 cubic feet, and my box is 5.3 cubic feet, and i’m concerned as to if it would blow my subwoofer, can anyone let me know if it is okay to run a box this much bigger?

What brand and line name is the sub? Most manufacturers will give you a minimum and maximum volume for a box which is just a suggestion. 3.75 to 5.3 is less than 2 cubic feet more. It'll most likely work just fine, it may just sound extra boomie.
