Port Calculations?

Ive had these Subs in my trunk since summer(JBLp1224) in a custom made box, since theyre basically a 15 inch high sub with an 11 inch cutout and 12 inch cone and plain wouldnt fit into anything prefabbed. Im no box guru, but had one helping me out, so its rock solid and tuned and all that fun stuff. Basically we had just translated the given parameters in the manual into a slot port and went from there. (by translated i mean find the area of the tube ports they gave, make it into standard w*l of a slot and keep the length and overall box size). Its nice to be able to remove it, since its around 11inches deep and 16ish inches high with a 3/4 in by 15 in port.

Now for the question, I'm looking to do something more custom than a square carpeted box with amps and a kinetic cell hidden behind it.

The idea so far is some sort of amp rack in the back near the seats (gto14001 and gto1004 amps, identical size and look, one's 1200rms@4ohm for subs and ones like 150rms at 2ohm or 100rms at 4ohm into 4 chanels for interiors. One sub between each taillight/wheel well facing in, slot port on bottom. Primary objective right now is getting all the equipment and installing it. im still short the 1004, alternator, underhood battery, newer interiors with pods. what should be taken care of by july sometime and then its time for the trunk. ive tried to calculate exactly what these subs need as far as size and port dimensions, but im missing something vital because I get completely wacky sizes (manual says about 1.25cu ft for ported, some programs said 8). Im also on linux currently so most of that stuff wont even work anymore. Could anyone out there who knows the calculations just reply with the basic sizes I need? the parameters are as follows:
