A L7 isnt going to give you sound quality

L7 dont sound too horrible in a good enclosure. I would definately suggest another type of sub over an L7, but I have never really liked them.

My System:

1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs)

Well if yall were going to do it without spending a million $$$ but wanting both sound and bump really hard i want to be able to beat the block down with still being able to clrealy hear all the words

Then you are basically wanting a system built and installed properly. I absolutely hate sitting in peoples vehicles when the second the bass hits the words disappear. As long as you spend the proper time and money on mids and highs you wont have a problem hearing the words clearly.
