Unloading all of those was the longest day of my life, not really but it was rough, 50 LV5 motors will give you a work out. And running out of pallets was awesome too. -

Very nice ride man! So clean! -
Not sure if you were looking for other suggestions or not but as far as cheap 15's go I had a pair of MTX 5500 15's and I once ran them off of an MA Audio 4400. I know they don't do actual rms but either way those 5500's are rated for 300 rms, good, cheap sub that sounded good.

Since he is on an extreme budget, HiFonics BXi-608D, goes for about $140, 1-ohm stable, good amp. HiFonics BXi-608D

Talk about a good deal. -
RE sure does some fine glue jobs. Go get some CA glue and accelerator and try that. IT won't glue back down perfectly in the gap in the motor though since there is no way to get shims in so you may just need to do a recone.

Damn man all of your builds are so legit! Nice job on everything. -
Well if that's what you want to do then I basically told you how to put it together, Plus there are a bunch of little technical things that if you ever get to that point you can ask here. I build subs all day everyday, very fun.

Motor to basket, spider to coil, spider to basket, (assuming your using more then one spider) spider on top of other spider, cone to coil and basket, solder leads to coil, dust cap. This is assuming you have woven tinsel leads, if not it is a little different. Oh and don't forget the felt pads on the cone.. Hah I do that everyday.. and all the little glueing here and there like on bottom and top of the cone to coil area, and ca over the soldered leads to coil region.. oh and lots of accelarator.
