sholiz Posted July 15, 2008 Report Share Posted July 15, 2008 hello SMD long time lurker ... need some advice from people who know what they're doing hopefully someone can help. i've got a pair of RE MT motors and 18" basket's i'm going to recone run 1.4 strapped burps and 2.8 strapped for daily beatin' here's what i'm thinking about building ... 1-3 layers of baffle, will use allthread and 2x4's + resin through the inside of the box. outside, getting sprayed with glass and sanded and painted (body shop willing to do for free). in a Trailblazer, so this is what i'm working with for a visual ... i'm going to router to the back hatch's lower plastic to build a battery rack for probably 3 D3100's otherwise keep my Stinger SPV70's for the time being, cutting some space open for the hatch's plastic to close and showing off the battery casing. will be cool when it's done. 2 layers of SS Damp Pro will be done but all that's besides the point ... ~4000w on a pair of MT's should give some decen't #'s for bassracing, since that's what my intentions are. anyway, advice ... help ... anything greatly appreciated. i need this built for a show Aug 8th :hairtrick: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
