Help With Jbl Amp!

put them on ebay change your pic in avitar buy a stetsom or sundown...

id prefer a couple of sundown 3000d's but i dnt know if i can afford them or if i can even get them arnt they hard to find???

Do you have a Line Driver to keep the RCA Voltage up?

would that matter b/c i can undo all the amps but one and no other rca's and it still does the same ....

but no dont?

and my friend has the same amp except with a 2- 12" setup not big atall and his does the same????

sundowns should be real easy to find they have their own section on here have you checked the sub wiring try a different sub in differnt box to see if it still does it.

Sure it would help :) Sorry just asking questions to try and help you better. It really sounds like a Voltage issue or something of that nature.

Not sure why your buddy's amp would be doing the same thing. I would contact JBL and see what they say before doing anything else.

Maybe try setting the gains a tad lower then what you have them set at now?

no....

i have them looped for now i was just throwing the amps in to see if they did the same thing agn.....

could remote wire cause all that???

and y would an older amp work fine but these new ones cut out???

if you think the relay's will help ill do that 2maro.....

i just rly am wiggn id like to run my jbl's but as of right now its not looking to good....

sounds like a shitty amp if you have seen 7 do the same thing how are the gains set

A relay might help, it really does sound like it is some sort of voltage problem, it might be that at a higher volume the deck can't put out enough power through the remote wire to turn on all the amps, I would recommend using a relay, either way you can get a relay for under 10 bucks at any autoparts store, so I would try that before going out and buying brand new amps

iv tried using all diff gain settings ....

mine are not even 1/2 on all of them and his is prob... around 1/4

i just dnt kno and i have contacted them thats why i sent off the other 2... but they say i havent ever heard of this problem... and this is unique????

and no im glad ur asking ?'s maybe ill get some help and get this going??
