Guest Posted July 23, 2008 Report Posted July 23, 2008 (edited) so me and my bro both got the new batman prologue in 720p... he has a macbook, 1.8/2.1 (?) ghz core 2 duo, 2 gig ram. i have a 2.6 core duo, 1.25 gig ram. his played flawlessly, and when i try to play it, it lags every few seconds like no other. were both using the same program, VLC. Believe it or not ram plays a huge roll in video he has 2 gigs which is a norm for macbooks. I have a macbook pro with 3 gigs but I do a bit of video rendering and a mac pro with 7 gigs of ram . WickeD Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 I have had better luck with media player classic playing hd files... i had vlc and the audio would lag and it would freeze if i tried to skip ahead. Quote
