ok this is my first time building a box and i am not sure how to tune a rectangle port...the subs are 12" Audiobahn AW1200V and they are each gonna be in the back of my jeep in separate boxes 2.29 cu. ft. and i need help on how to make the port and what i should tune it to- any ideas?? the box is 21x14x13.5

oh and i would probably tune it in the mid to mid-low 30's

edit: i usually go with about 10-12 inches of port PER every cubic foot in the box. some people say go a little higher but i have pretty good results with that.

hey thanks that helped alot!! ya now im just tryin to decide to stay with a slot port tuned to 33 hz or make removeable square ports like steve did one 33hz and one 50hz
