i have a of the new kicker l7s 15's and a box from the same model but the last design and the box is a ported box and its 2.45 cubic feet would it be ok on the sub if i put it in here the min recomended by kicker is 3 but wil puttin it in this box hurt it

We need to know port size to determine whether or not it will hurt it.

2.5 is a little small for 1 15" though.

Hurt it, probably not, but I've heard Kicker's need bigger boxes to get louder and sound better.

the port is 1 and a half wide by 14 3/4 high by 23 1/4 long

After port and sub displacement you are looking at 2 cubes flat.

Nowhere near enough for a 15".

However, box would be perfect for a 12" L7 and it is tuned to 32hz.

thanks man i may just build a new box for the fiften i know am askin alot of questions but if u know dimensions tht would be helpful but if u dont thanks for the help
