If you listen to a lot of rap I suggest 32-36hz. If you like rock too, I would do 36-40hz. Now, mind you, subs don't like to play too far below box tunning, so If you listen to a lot of low stuff, 30-33hz is what I recommend. Make sure you pay attention to each field to make sure it lines up right. And the 3D design program is Google Sketchup which can be had for free at Google.com.
