Amp Wont Work

Sounds like an output device is out. With amplifiers if the fuses blow as soon as the amp is plugged in, its a power supply fet that is blown. If the fuses blow after the unit is turned on then its something tied to the secondary side of the transformer. (i.e. Bridge rectifiers, Channel Fets) Either way it has to be repaired, The fact that you washed your car could be coincidence.
