I recently got 2 MTX thunder 6000 10s <4ohm model>, I was thinking about tuning the box, but the thing is I dont know what frequency to tune to or even what calculation I'd need to do for it... anyway, the box I have is 30"x13"x12" it is SINGLE chamber, not a DUAL chamber, <no separation board for my 2 woofers> I am positive I can just recarpet the box, no problem with that.. So... What should I go for guys? ooo, and if it helps, I want to get the most out of these woofers, they have good excursion to em, about 1.5" maximum obtained at around 20hz, I just wanna build a box that can take advantage of the movements of it, Sorry if im being confusing D: 1997 Pontiac Grand Am SE Broke stock Head Unit Stock speakers suck -if I get a job, it gets 2 SA 8s in a 2.5cube box (roughly 2 cube with the port and woofers in)- -oh, and a new HU and some speakers that dont suck. and possibly a new muffler and tint job (previous owners tint is smudging in the back, if you know how to get tint off a window without damaging the heating stuff, let me know!!!)-
