Dual Alternator Wiring Questions

Hey, Ive got this dual alternator setup for my Yukon but I am now getting this crazy alternator whine. Anybody know why? I am being told that I may need to isolate the grounds from each other? I have also been told that I may have too many pieces grounded at one point. Should I ground anything to the alternator to the batteries in the back? My headunit is still being powered and grounded by the harness does that have anything to do with it? Also, I have been looking at all the pictures from the Tahoe and the Escalade and I dont see any isolators. Does anyone know how both of those trucks are wired up? I was also told not to put a jumper wire from the factory alternator harness to the other alternator to turn it on. I have it on a relay using the ignition wire from the main harness in the dash. I just need to figure out why I am getting this crazy alternator whine...it sounds like I have R2D2 coming out of my system....
