CarAudioFab
Hey guys don't know if you follow my other builds but I have a fiberglass layout currently in my Taurus with two MTX 7500 15"s. Well winter is coming and I want the boxes out so I dont have to worry about cracking and I am going to throw some MDF boxes together for the best SPL on music possible. I know how to tune and everything and each box I am aiming for 3 cubic feet. Now that is quite a bit for my trunk so I am thinking about and orientation of subs up, port up, aimed at the read shelf. I plan on removing the rear shelf speakers to allow the sound to pass through the package tray and load off the rear glass.... wanted to run that by you guys and get some opinions on the layout... my only other option is subs and port facing towards front of car in full back trunk (rear most in trunk) Quote -Mark Host of "CarAudioFabrication" - YouTube Car Audio Tutorial Channel Check out my forum section here on SMD for my builds and tutorial videos! Toxiccasper
Why not port up subs towards taillights?
