Clocksta Posted October 1, 2008 Report Posted October 1, 2008 Well after installing some new door speakers the other day everything was working fine and then the next day i get back in my car i hear 1 of my speakers crackling so i was messing with the balance and fade to figure out what speaker it was and it ended up being 1 of my old rear speakers and then boom, my HU shut up and now it wont turn back on, i know its getting power cause when i pop the face plate off the blinking red light behind it (security light maybe, idk) is working. any possibilities?
Coolwazabi Posted October 1, 2008 Report Posted October 1, 2008 my old eclipse had a similar problem... ended up being some kinda ground issue... it would seem like it worked.. but acted like it never had enough power to fully function
