Sub-amp Matchup - Little Unsure :/

Hey I just purchased a 2 Ohm DVC 12" MB Quart it's here--> http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseac...Product_ID=3415 I found this amp I think will match and run it at 500W RMS--> http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseac...Product_ID=6499 , I wasn't positive though so I'd like some professional advice.

And also, I'm don't know the gauge wires well, what guage wired would I need to run this, I have 8

i don't suggest getting the boss amp, go with a more reliable brands.

and you need an amp that is 1 ohm stable.

the boss amp doesn't even say a rating at 1 ohm. so i'm guessing its not stable

you can go with some hifonics.

if you can stretch your budget, get the hifopnics bxi 1208d. so you have more wiggle room and if its better if you plan on upgrading soon, its only a couple of bucks more
