Cerwin Vega

I bought 2 15" cerwin vega vmax. They are rated at 600 a piece, but they are not hittin hard at all, they sound like they are over powered already.My guess was there is too much distortion. They are in the proper box (i made it) and are gettin 600 bridged.

Ive been reading around and i've seen some vids of them gettin 1000 EACH and they hit hard.

My 2nd guess is not enough power, but my friend thinks its too much distortion...

Any advice on these speakers??

i got 2 10 vmax on 1000rms to both of em they handle its great for being in a pref fab ported box lol idk look in a new box what do youhave ?

if it sounds distorted, its probably distorting. get a multimeter and tune your gains correctly using this graph for help

I made a sealed box. Each with 1.3 Cubes ....... I think it could be both... Im def. going to buy an EQ but any suggestions?

And while im asking, what amp should i use?
