superduper Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 I want to know if you can put an gm or ford alt on a 87 vw golf? the golf stock alt has one blue wire connected to it, what is that wire and can i rewire a gm or ford alt to make this work cause alt for this car is to expensive
