Decided To Hang My Tv..

Recommended Posts

i decided to hang my tv on the wall. i posted some pictures of the tv and surround sound i got for christmas a little while back but now i want to hang it. i decided to hang it above the fireplace and the only problem with that is the wall is an exterior wall and the ceilings are vaulted... so i cant get to the wall from the attick to run the wires inside the wall so i decided to cut a big ass hole in the wall so i could run all of the wires. i ran some hdmi cables and speaker wires for the front left and right and center channel speakers im going to hang next to the tv. i also put a power outlet up there too. tomorrow im gonna float some rock up there and get it painted and hang the tv. ill post more pictures tomorrow evening. this is what a 22 year old college kid does when he gets bored. :) heres some pics

im gonna put a nice little stand over to the left of the fireplace to hold the boxes.

o i did. its borderline PERFECT id say. i put that orange peel stuff on it too like the rest of the walls so it has that textured look. as soon as that dries ima put some paint on it. ill have some more pics up in a couple hours hopefully of a finished project.
