The subs are rated at 500 watts RMS, I dont have experience with Hifonics, so i dont know if its going to give the subs 1000 watts RMS or not. Texas Tech Posted January 31, 2009 Report Share Posted January 31, 2009 (edited) Does hifonics give you a birth sheet with the amp when you purchase it? well, if you go buy what sonicelectronix says, the amp can give those subs 1600 watts, so you probably wont be clipping which is a good thing!
