And the port is 6"x13" (Round port) How far away should the end of the port be from any wall? For example, the port is on the front wall. How far does the end inside the box need to be from the back wall? I think i remember it being 1/2 the diameter, but i could be wrong. If anyone could help shed some light on this one, it would be a great help.

Try to keep the port back from the opposing wall as far as the port is wide, then again it all depends on what tuning you desire. That's just for the reg, average joe enclosure.
