thehoe92 Posted May 10, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 10, 2009 well been thinking about it and decided to order an EQ. got the Clarion EQS746 it will be here Tuesday and in later that night for a car show at my school on Wednesday. carpeted the box today and I also had an idea to carpet underneath because I didn't want to look at a carpeted box and bleach stains and bars for the third row. so first things first... sub out of the box since it was first put in. was a little tough getting it out since I made the flush baffle very tight. still have I think its 12 gauge wire... when I buy some 1/0 for my big 3 I will buy some 8 gauge to replace it. Dual 2 Ohm wired to 1 Ohm it was easy to lay the carpet down just tucked it under some panels. yes the extra by the wheel wells came off. ... All done! took a little while to get it just right. looks clean as hell on the black carpet underneath then took it for a ride. sounds louder which is strange. finally being able to hurt my ears again blacked out from tint http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/dirol.gif and of course thanks to steve... =teh shit ! ! !
