well been thinking about it and decided to order an EQ.

got the Clarion EQS746 it will be here Tuesday and in later that night for a car show at my school on Wednesday.

carpeted the box today and I also had an idea to carpet underneath because I didn't want to look at a carpeted box and bleach stains and bars for the third row.

so first things first...

sub out of the box since it was first put in.

was a little tough getting it out since I made the flush baffle very tight.

still have I think its 12 gauge wire... when I buy some 1/0 for my big 3 I will buy some 8 gauge to replace it.

Dual 2 Ohm wired to 1 Ohm

it was easy to lay the carpet down just tucked it under some panels.

yes the extra by the wheel wells came off.

...

All done!

took a little while to get it just right.

looks clean as hell on the black carpet underneath

then took it for a ride.

sounds louder which is strange.

finally being able to hurt my ears again :D

just sav it out and get 5 on the windshield lol

well there is no other way.

think about it...

some may not agree but if 5% is illegal on the front 3 windows and you want to be blacked out...

why would you stop at say an average 35% like most people get on the front 2 why not go full 5%.

until you get caught with the 5% it will look sick and there is no penalty for how many percent you go over its straight fine or persuade them and tell them you will take it off which I doubt will work.

if and when I do decide to put 5% on the windshield mike is getting another call :D

Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
