Im having a 406 ci built in March by my engine builders dad. He is telling me that we should be around 550 horse on that motor alone and that it will handle 1100 hp so I think that will do it.

Well if you thinks thats a lot I really want 25-28. My brother is sitting at 20.5 and 808 at the rear tire he wants to be at 23-24 and well over 1000 hp. Do it big or dont do it at all

ahhh ok now that boost dont seem bad.....i wish i could do a badazz motor build in my truck...

2001 chevy silverado 1500

h/u- pioneer avic-f900bt and custom molded 7 inch monitor in center console

mids/highs-memphis m-class 6.5 component set

subs-3 kicker L7 12's seprate chamber box at 43hz and aprox. 3 cu. ft.

amp- treo ssx 2000.1

all memphis 0 gauge wire and rca's

Plans- 2 treo ssp 18's

kinetik 2400 batt and a mla module and high amp alt

focal 6.5 components and amp

Actually, I have changed set ups a little......1 76mm turbo......im not much of a diesel guy....i have a few buddies that 1000+ horsepower diesel's......just not for me......with what I plan on doing I should be right at 630-650 horse at the tires

You know how we do it with diesels in Indiana lol friday night pulls and saturday night pulls sounds like a good plan man what shop is building your engine if you dont mind me asking?
