Decaf Posted February 18, 2009 Report Share Posted February 18, 2009 ur question was answered in different ways... hell, hook 22g up... yes you will hear bass.... is it as good as it could be/is there a better way....hell ya.... and with 3000w+ (im guessing) why go cheap... none of the other equipment is cheap unless someone does a side by side comparison, we all need to stick to suggestions instead of thinkin we have the answer check bcae.com go to topic 16 - wire go to speaker wire calculator heres my example: 3000w 5ft length 14g 1ohm load = 2854w... a loss due to wire size 3000w 5ft length 8g 1ohm load = 2962w.... still a loss so it does matter in my simple example if i knew the length of wire in question it changes everything.... 3ft of 14g, who cares... 20ft... u got problems Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
