But nothing can replace car time. I would hire someone with car time before someone fresh out of md school. Best try is a great place to start installing. you will get tons of in-car time, then move on to custom shops. And I went to the locall shop to see if they were hiring and they said that I had to go to school and get certified. What can I do besides going to school.
