PUNKYOU007 Posted March 25, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 25, 2009 ok i called eclipse for the second and third time today. earlier today i called and the guy said i was doing everything correct and it should have workerd so he told me to unplug the power for 15 min to reset it. did that when i came home for lunch i plugged it back in and tried some more...no luck. so i called again for the third time. this time the guy says power the unit on and turn it to "TVR" mode (just a black screen) then he says push the "PICT" button on the screen a couple times and a menu should pop up.....well thats how you do it, it worked first try. WTF why did the other techs tell me to turn it off and do it. you know how aggrivating it is to sit around for an hour pushing this little button that isnt doing anything. well it works now.
