brewer_brewer
When painting a box you will need to do a couple of things. You will want to fill in the screw holes and uneven wood holes, and sand down smooth. I use a primer on my boxes before i paint them just as an added step but I do not know if it is needed. I prefer to use the textured spray paint, it comes in a variety of colors and also helps out with the box moving around in trunk. I thought i had more pictures of the paint process on this box. Oh well nice. little man finished. i haven't been on in a while. gotta go check out this build log. i personally use wrinkle paint. its in a spray can, covers wood very well, its cheap, and the finished product looks like rhino liner without the cost. check it fool: the sides are carpeted but the top is painted with wrinkle paint.
