SubSonic Posted March 31, 2009 Report Share Posted March 31, 2009 Ok well i just wanna know, to wire 2 battery together, in my car, 2 optima yellow tops, i have one already installed, do i just run to wires off the POSITIVE and NEGITIVE to the + - of the preinstalled one, and run a second ground off of my 2nd battery that im putting in???? RamenNoodles Posted March 31, 2009 Report Share Posted March 31, 2009 I dont see the point it running ground wires to the rear of the car. Its a waste of wire and time in my opinion. A ground in the back is just as good as a ground in the front. Make sure its a nice solid ground to the rear frame of the car with a bolt.
