I replaced the screen on mine not too long ago, it was only $45 on ebay. It was actually pretty simple...just have to be very patient and careful. I used a set of precision screwdrivers. theres about 6 screws total to take out. The only problem i had was that when i hooked the screen up and turned the phone on, a blue screen that said fatal error came up and would never go past the At&t screen. I took it into the att store and they sent it in on an exchange by mail and i got a brand new one back...seen as the phone was still under the manufacture warranty. not sure why the error happened but the screen was pretty simple to change.
