FiBTLforlife Posted May 23, 2009 Author Report Posted May 23, 2009 just an updade on what im doing. got sidetracked and decided to start on my doors for the componets. i got 2 layers put on right now and going to do more tonight bf i go tobed tonight, also just posted some of the wire ill be using for sub (8guage) and 16guage for highs. and the 300amp fuse for AQ3500 2 AQ 10'' HDC3 copper subs 1 3500d AQ amp 146.3db on TL with stock electrical in single cab truck at 32hz RESULT: 1st place at comp, 3rd overall out of 20 cars

FiBTLforlife Posted May 26, 2009 Author Report Posted May 26, 2009 im done cutting out the molding and have the rings cut out for the 6.5'' speakers, but i have a fast question. do you make rings for the tweeters or do you just make the speaker pod then cut out the tweeter hole later??? ill have pics up wedn to show what im talking about if it sound confusing. thanks mike p.s. FiBTLforlife Posted June 9, 2009 Author Report Posted June 9, 2009 ok guys my job got me down for a while but im working electrical work on the side and bring in money again. so here is an update on my doors. i found i i couldnt use the molding bc the speaker would hit the emergency brake and was out to much. i have problems with leaks in my doors so i thought this would be the best solution. works and sounds great thats the AQ3500d bass knob to guys, getting closer to getting some bass 2 AQ 10'' HDC3 copper subs 1 3500d AQ amp 146.3db on TL with stock electrical in single cab truck at 32hz RESULT: 1st place at comp, 3rd overall out of 20 cars
