The question I hav is do I take the bass knob off and just use the eq or use both or what? Anybody run both and/or one or the other?? Preciate it. 15VmaxXL Posted April 19, 2009 Report Share Posted April 19, 2009 I run both. I had an issue with an alpine amp awhile back so the eq helped there. Filtered out some of the notes i didnt want to go to the amp. Bass knob allowes me to turn it up when a certain tone comes on.
