you could flip the rear end it will be fairly low but if you want to get really low you gots to c notch it

does it have a factory overload spring?

if it has the overload you can flip it and mount it on top of the springs, use c-clamps to smash it flat enough to re assymble.

A few options. You can take the spring mount on the frame and break off the rivets and weld the hanger up higher on the frame so the axle is closer to the frame. If you are willing to spend 40ish dollars go to Advance Auto Parts or O'Reilly and buy a drop shackle kit that replaces the stock shackle to lower the rear with a simple change of a few parts.

The way I would NOT do it is heat the springs with a torch until it sags low enough to your liking. You will lose suspension and ride integrity. Its just a bad Idea...

or just do what i did rescently, wood 500lbs, subs 360lbs, amps 120lbs, batteries 280lbs for a total of 1260 plus a few.(in a 1/2ton 85 gm)wah la 2-4 inches of drop

More like 20 years for me but yeah...thats how ya do it. I remember putting a jackstand under the axal. loosening the U-bolts nuts enough to get the overload up over the little notch and sliding it out. Sometimes you could actually just slide it on top of the other leafs and re-bolt it back up. :
